When will I get my product(s)?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirtsetc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and pricedepends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out. 97.66% of our ordersare shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

What is your return & exchange policy?
Exchanges and returns that are the result of an error on our end are accepted within 30 days of the order being placed. Email thechocobrand@thechocobrand.com with the subject “returns” or “exchanges” to begin the process. If you want to exchange an item, indicate what the issue is and what you would like to exchange it for.
Please make sure you choose the correct size when ordering your item, we cannot currently offer refunds or exchanges to sizing issues (if it is not related to an error on our end).
